Experimental design for ET using a different protocol. For the conventional method group, ICR female recipients were mated with vasectomized male mice overnight. The next day, female mice have checked the plug, and plug positive recipients were used for ET. For the hormone group, female recipients were injected PMSG, followed by hCG 48 h later. For the hormone + pairing group, female recipients have injected hormones the same as the hormone group, and these mice were mated with wild ICR male mice. Only plug-positive females were used for ET. BDF2 blastocyst was transferred to each group.
