Sanger sequencing results. PCR amplicons were analyzed by Sanger sequencing. E2295 cfDNA showed a homozygous mutation, E2285 cfDNA carried a biallelic mutation, and the E2294 TE biopsy sample had a heterozygous mutation on the targeting region. Black arrows indicate the mutation points.
