Number of intermuscular adipose tissue-derived primary cells isolated using different intermuscular adipose tissue dissociation protocols. Each primary cell was derived from intermuscular adipose tissues according to the experimental design. The total number of viable cells not stained with trypan blue dye within intermuscular adipose tissue-derived primary cells was determined by hemocytometry.
