The involvement of the DRP1-derived mitochondrial fission and morphological changes in POA pig oocytes was confirmed by experiments using Western blotting and MitoTracker staining compared with IVM porcine oocytes. Taken together, we systematically identified DEGs caused by POA of pig oocytes using the RNA-seq technique.
